Hello. I am sorry to hear about the cancellation. I have a proposal if you were willing to hear me out. We currently do not participate in the Amazon program that includes all import costs in the total. You would need to pay the import costs separately via the delivery company (FedEx/DHL). For sellers who do participate in the program, you would see the import costs as a separate line item under "import fees". When you purchased from us, the import fees line was $0. If you purchase from other sellers that do participate in the program, you will see a figure in the "import fees" line.
If you would like, we can adjust the shipment value to a lesser amount. Any import costs should be calculated based on this adjusted amount. I believe this amount will be significantly less than if Amazon included the import costs. We can adjust the shipment value to any value you are comfortable with.
Would you like to have us continue with the order and adjust the shipment value? Or should we go ahead with the cancellation?
If I do not hear from you by Monday Jan 18 5:30 PM PST we will go ahead and cancel your order per your request.
