We are happy to confirm that your warranty claim for 1x HyperX Cloud II Red Headset has been reviewed and we will release the part for shipping as soon as possible (stock availability permitting) from our Service Centre in Turkey.

Once the Service Centre will ship the replacement to you, you will be informed via email/SMS about the shipping details. Please note that the shipment may take up to 3 weeks.

Please be aware that we do not require the defective part back and therefore we kindly ask you to discard it once you have received the replacement.

kulaklığım cloud 2 çeviri de bu kulaklığınızın RMA'sı onaylanmıştır diyor kısa sürede parçayı temin edeceğiz diyor.Anladığım kadarıyla varsa C2 yoksa C3 yollayacaklar.
