bir mail ile cevap verdiler bana, ben de şu 8 poundluk çevrimiçi DS01 formu doldurma hizmeti kullanarak başvuru yaptım şuanda, yeni bir hizmetmiş, umarım sıkıntısız bir şekilde onaylanır, kapanır şirket, 17'sinde ödeme zamanı geliyormuş sanırsam 1st Formations'tan mail geldi, o zamana kapanmazsa ne olur acaba, şu anda başka bir şey yapmama gerek var mı? Bir de bu 10 poundluk hizmet ile 8 poundluğun farkı ne acaba?

altında bu şekilde yazıyor, kapatma sürecindeyken ücret ödenmesi gerekirse isterler mi acaba, dediğim gibi 1st Formations bu ayın 17'sinde 78 poundluk bir ücret keseceğiz diye bir mail gönderdi?

A Limited Company may request striking off under Section 1003 of the Companies Act 2006, providing that it meets all of the following requirements:
· Not traded in the last 3 months
· Not changed its name in the last 3 months
· Is not subject to any legal proceedings, current or proposed
If a company meets all the above criteria, you can obtain the application to strike off from the register on our website at the following link:
www.gov.uk
The form must be signed by a majority of directors and submitted with a £10 fee.
The fee should be made payable to Companies House by cheque or postal order. Please note: cheques should not be payable from the account of the company applying for strike-off.
Any interested parties (e.g. HM Revenue & Customs, creditors, employees, members, etc.) must be sent a copy of the completed form within 1 week of the application.
Alternatively, you can now file a DS01 electronically using our new Companies House Service.
Signatures and payments are digital and, in most cases, a DS01 can be filed in less than 10 minutes.
