ideapad Gaming 3-15ARH05 Laptop - Type 82EY​

Gün içerisinde kapanıyor, bazen de mavi ekran verip duruyor. Ortalama 40-60 dakika içerisinde kendi kendine kapanıyor. Oyun oynarken bir sıkıntı yok (tabii bazen oyun oynarken de kapanıyor ama diğer durumlara göre nadir), surf yaparken ve film izlerken veya download yaparken kendi kendine kapanıp yeniden açılıyor sanki kendini yeniden başlatıyor. BIOS veya anakartta sıkıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum servise göndersem 10 gün açıkta kalacağım (önemli projelerim ve yetiştirmem gereken ödevlerim var) nihai bir öneri verebilir misiniz? Ya da log v.s. göndersem inceleyebilir misiniz? Sorunu nasıl belirleyebilirim?

NOT: Konuyu açtıktan 5 dakika sonra tekrar bir mavi ekran hatası aldım. Hata kodu: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL gibi bir şeydi.

@Recep Baltaş abi aynı sorun başka arkadaşta da yaşanmış ve sen loglara bakarak Hataya neden olan kablosuz ağ kartınızın sürücüsü, w22n51.sys. cevabını vermişsin acaba benim loglara da bir bakabilir misin rica etsem sürekli mavi ekran veriyor. Benim sürücü de mi güncel değil acaba?

Maalesef bende arada mavi ekran vermeden direk de kapanıyor. Artık iki markadan daha pişmanım:

Soruna neden olan "wdiwifi.sys" dosyası zaten. Wi-Fi ve ağ sürücülerinizi güncellerseniz sorununuz çözülecektir.

Tüm sürücülerinizi güncelleyin. (özellikle kablosuz ve Bluetooth ile ilişkili olanları)


Memtest86 ile RAM testi yapın.
