LoL ve PUBG açılırken "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" mavi ekran hatasıyla karşılaşmaktayım. Aynı sorunu önceden bootmenupolicy'I legacy'e çevirerek çözmüştüm. Ancak şu an aynı işlemi yaptığımda sorun devam ediyor. Araştırmalarım sonucu driver verifier'ı çalıştırarak Realtek PCiE Card reader driverına bağlı bir sorun olduğunu keşfedip güncellemesini yaptım. Buna ragmen de sorun çözülmedi. Memtest ve chkdsk gibi işlemleri uygulayarak ekipmanları control ettiğimde de bi sorunla karşılaşmadım. Ki bilgisayarımı Teknik desteğe götürdüğümde de donanımsal bir problem olmadığını söylemişlerdi, Freedos olarak satın aldığım için yazılım konusunda bir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Ancak sorunu bir türlü çözemedim. Minidump dosyasını ekliyorum, yardımlarınız için teşekkür ederim.

Merhabalar, öncelikle ilginiz için teşekkür ederim. Çalışıyor olduğumdan geç cevap verdiğim için de özür dilerim. Memtest86 ile testi yaptım ve bir sorunla karşılaşmadım. Ardından Media Creation Tool ile 1903 sürümünün orijinal kopyasını oluşturup temiz kurulum yaptım. Daha sonra tüm sürücülerimi güncelledim. Tüm bunlara rağmen mavi ekran almaya devam etmekteyim. HD Tune Pro ile SSD için testimi yaptım. Ekran görüntülerini paylaşıyorum;

Bu noktada Health sekmesinde SSD'me ait herhangi bir bilgi bulunmamaktadır.

Tüm bu işlemlerden sonra ise mavi ekran hatası ile karşılaştığımda %0'da donmaya başladığı için yalnızca 1 adet dump dosyası oluştu. Yeni oluşmuş olan dump dosyasını ise aşağıda paylaşıyorum;

Tüm bunların dışında merakımdan dolayı sormak istediğim bir soru mevcut. Temiz kurulum yaptığımda WiFi'a bağlanabilir olarak Windows kurma işlemlerini tamamlayabiliyorum. Demek istediğim ben WiFi sürücülerini yüklemeden, ethernet ile bağlantı kurmuyor olsam bile; WiFi ağlarına giriş yapabilmekteyim. Bunun nasıl mümkün olduğuna dair mantıklı bir cevap bulabilmiş değilim. Merakımı giderirseniz çok sevinirim. Teşekkürler.
 
Dökümler biraz eksik oluşuyor gibi. Cihaz Monster'ın Tongfang'dan aldığı modellerden birisi. Monster'dan BIOS güncellemesi isteyin. Cihaza bir BIOS update yapalım, sorun çözülmez ise servise göndermenizi isterim.
