PUBG Crash Sorunu

Selamlar, bir önceki konuda spesifik olarak PUBG ve CS:GO demiştim fakat bunda loglarım da var o yüzden daha toplu ve çözülebilir olmasını umduğumdan bu konuyu açtım.

Öncelikle biraz bilgi vereyim;

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit - Türkçe -
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 16 GB 8x2 2400MHz

Olay günlüğünü sıfırladım ve crash için bekledim. Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam Windows tuşuna veya başka bir şekilde search'i trigger edecek kombinasyonlar uyguladım ve PUBG crash etti.

4 adet log ekleyeceğim, Olay saatinde gerçekleşen. Sıkıntı Cortana ile ilgili olduğunu düşünüyorum çok garip bir durum gibi geldi bana.

Öncelikle Windows'u OEM ile kurduğumu söyleyeyim, ISO'yu MS sitesinden indirdim bir nebze ISO yazdırmada problem olduğunu düşünüyorum ama onun dışında her şey temiz çalışıyor anlamadım.

Benim anladığım kadarıyla Cortana veya Windows Search ile alakalı bir sıkıntı mevcut. Kafayı yedirten bir hata maalesef.

@Recep Baltaş Hocam bu hata biraz daha OS seviyesi olduğundan sizi de etiketlemek istedim.

Sisteminizle ilgili Windows sitesinde yapılmış bir yorum var. Insider sürümü mü kullanıyorsunuz?
Insider sürümlerinde Cortana Search ile alakalı, sistemsel hatalar olabileceği yazıyor. Okuduğum kadarıyla genellikle çözümü de aşağıda alıntı yaptığım 2 farklı enrty ile bulmuşlar.

- Right click on the start button
- Select Command Prompt (Admin)
- Type: start powershell and press Enter
- Run the command (in one line):

Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

.... and press Enter

This should fix your search function with Cortana back to normal.
Note: This requires that the Windows Firewall is running in services.msc (I was stopped because I do not need).

Many people are having this issue, and there's a lot of crazy suggestions out there. I've tried them all, and nothing worked until I did this:

Delete the directory: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy [REBOOT]
Run the following command from Powershell with Admin privileges: Add-AppxPackage -Register "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode [REBOOT]

For Step 1, you'll have to boot to a WinPE drive, or maybe Safe Mode because the directory will be locked. But, if you do these two steps in this order it will fix the problem.

There is no need to create a new account--this accomplishes the same thing, which is getting rid of the corrupt Cortana database and installing a clean one. I did all the DISM commands, they don't work. I did SFC, it doesn't work.

Arkadaşlar selam, bir güncelleme geçeyim.

Bilgisayarı vatan'a götürdüm 1gün sonra yapıldığını söylediler fakat ben sorunun çözülmediğinden emindim. Tüm parçaları söküp ayrı ayrı gönderdiler.

Yaklaşık 1 ay süre sonra cihazı teslim aldım bu süreçte bir çok bileşen değişti.

Ekran Kartı - 2 Kere
İşlemci
Ram
Hard Disk değişti.

Power Supply tamir edildi. Bunun sonucunda tekrar format atıp kullanmaya başladım 1 kere crash yedim o da .NET'den dolayı idi sonrasında çok şükür herhangi bir crash olmadı.
