Daha önce iki adet bu konuya benzer konu açmıştım. Üçüncü bir konuyu "LatencyMon" isimli program sayesinde açma gereği buldum. Sorunu anlatmaya başlamadan önce sistemin toplanması hakkında birkaç bilgi verecek olursam, sistemi bir yıl kadar önce ekran kartını daha sonra alacağımı belirterek toplamıştım. Bir yıl kadar sonra MSI Ventus 2060 Super ekran kartını İncehesap cuma indirimleri vasıtasıyla edindim. Daha öncesinde MSI GTX 750 Ti O.C. Edition kullanıyordum. Ve sistemde en ufak kararsızlık yoktu. Ancak işin garibi ekran kartını yaklaşık olarak 5-6 ay önce aldım ve sorunlar şu anda başladı. En son yapmış olduğum donanımsal yükseltme ise kasamla birlikte gelen NZXT Hue'ye ön boşluklara taktığım orijinal 2 adet NZXT Aer RGB'siz fanları. Bu fanları ise yaklaşık olarak 1-2 ay önce 2. el olarak temin etmiştim. Çünkü piyasada sıfırı yoktu.
Sorunuma gelecek olursak, ilk açtığım konuda sorunun Netflix'de video izlerken kaynaklandığını söylemiştim ancak bugün format attım driverları Windos Update üzerinden güncelledim. Hatta bir sorun olmaması adına Windows'un kendi yüklediği ekran kartı driverini DDU ile silip WQHL Driver ile güncelledim. Bilgisayarımda hiç Netflix kurulu olmamasına rağmen bugün sadece Discord, iCUE, NZXT CAM, Steam ve girdiğim tarayıcı olan Opera GX olduğu halde masaüstünde YouTube'dan video izlerken yan ekrandan arkadaşın oyununu sesini kapatmışken izliyordum. Ve sistem aniden dondu. Tıpkı videodaki gibi. Sorunun Netflix'den kaynaklanmadığını fark etmiş oldum. Discord'dan çıkıp birazcık daha araştırma yaptıktan sonra "LatencyMon" isimli programla karşılaştım. Programla ekran görüntüsü ek olarak mevcut.

Maalesef Windows 10 kullanırken herhangi bir şekilde çözemedim. Temiz Windows 11 kurulumundan sonra kendiliğinden düzeldi. Her gelen güncellemeyi düzenli olarak yüklediğimde kendiliğinden düzeldi.

Kesin olmamakla birlikte sorunun kaynağı sanırım 2060 Super ekran kartı.

Kişisel bir soruya cevap vermem ne kadar doğru olur bilemem. Windows 11'i başından belli kullanıyorum. Başka arkadaşların söylediği gibi büyük bir sorunla karşılaşmadım. En başta Windows 10'a göre eksiklikleri vardı, şu anda hiçbir eksiği yok. Sadece Windows 10'da çok alıştığın bazı şeyler Windows 11'de aynı şekilde olmadığından bir yabancılık oluyor o kadar. Kısaca bana göre tamamen stabil ve güzel bir OS.
