Sanırım senin benim dışımda ki yaptırdığım şeylerin dışında yaptığın bir değişikliği gözden kaçırmış olabilirsin. Bence zaten bu sorun düzelene kadar BIOS tamamen default kalması mantıklı. Hani en azından sorunsuz şekilde görürsek sonra BIOS üzerinden işlemler yapabilirsin. Tabii BIOS üzerinden ayarları aynı anda yapma, çünkü en azından birer birer yaparsan sonrasında yaşanan sorundan bi önce ki değişikliğin ne olduğun hatırlarsın. Diğer türlü birden fazla yöntem deneyince işler iyice birbirine karışır, emin olamazsın. Yani şöyle mantık kuralım. Sorun onda değil yani eminim. Şimdi yine BIOS'u default deneyeceğim sıfır Windows şu anda. Sormayın aşırı yoruldum. Tam çözülmüştü keşke RGB sevdamla baş edip yeniden kurmasaydım Windows'u. Anlamadığım her şey aynıyken neden sorun çıkardı bu sefer Windows.

Tamamdır test yapmıştım ama bios üzerinden düzenleme yapayım sonra yine yapayım test.Main kısmına ait tam ekran görüntüsü atmalıydın. Bir de en sonda "CPUs"Bir de Windows 10 sürümün 20H2 sanırım ? Bunu 21H2 en son sürüm yap bence. Bu arada bi tuhaflık var gibi. Şimdi dediklerimi yaparsan daha iyi olacak. En azından ekran kartını %100 kullanan bir oyun aç. Arka planda LatencyMon programını çalıştır. Oyunu 5 dakika boyunca oyna. Bu esnada arkada başka hiçbir şey açık olmasın, tarayıcı gibi. 5 dakika bittikten sonra bu raporu tekrar at. Tamam LatencyMon en azından eskisine göre çok iyi. Fakat anlık olarak değerler fırlamış. Bu değer eski sorunlu Windows'da sadece anlık değil, kronik olarak fırlamaya devam etmiş. CPUs kısmında ki değerlerin normal. Main kısmında gördüğün gibi anlık olarak en yüksek değer fazla, fakat anlık olarak en üstte ki değer, yani mevcut değer 33 gibi, bu gayet iyi. Yine de bu yüksek fırlama değerinin bu seferde Windows 10'nun sürüm farkına bağlıyorum. Çünkü bu konuda Windows 1909 (örnek) sürümü feciydi. Sana tavsiyem şu an kullandığın 20H2 sürümü yerine 21H2 sürüm kurmanTamamdır test yapmıştım ama bios üzerinden düzenleme yapayım sonra yine yapayım test.

@alleozdemir Bir de şu Windows 10 21H2 sürümünü buradan ISO olarak indir. Rufus uygulaması ile ISO dosyasını Flashbellek takılı iken yükle. GPT ayarlı olan kısmı değiştirme, kalsın. Hiçbir şey değiştirme. Rufus aç, "SEÇ" de ve Windows 10 ISO dosyasını yolunu bul, ekle ve başlat.
