Windows explorer.exe sürekli yeniden başlıyor

Windows 10 açıldığı zaman sürekli explorer.exe yeniden başlayıp duruyor ve sürekli siyah ekran olup masaüstüne geçiyor. Ne yapmak lazım?

Görev Yöneticisi'ni açıp Dosya/Yeni görevi çalıştır deyin. Yönetici olarak CMD çalıştırıp şu kodları girin.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth sfc /scannow
