Toplam 1310 dolar tutarında bir cihaz siparişi verdim. Satıcısı Amazon. 15 gün sonra vaad edilen süreden 4 gün önce ben evde yokken yaşlı anneme teslim edilmiş. Kutunun sağını solunu kontrol ettim bir iki ufak tefek ezikten başka bişey yoktu. Ağırlık olarakta olmasi gerektiği gibiydi. Heyecanla kutuyu açtım bide ne göreyim. Karton kutu parçaları ve tahta takozlar var içinde. Ne yapacağımı şaşırdım. Az para değil ki 1310 dolar. Hemen durumu bildirdim. Mt. Boş kutu aldığım için üzgün olduğunu. Öğenin nakliye firması tarafından kaybedildiğini, varsaydigini ucret iadesi yapmak isteğini fakat son teslim tarihine 4 gün olduğu için (8 Ocak) sistemin bu yüzden iadeye izin vermediğini ve 9 Ocak'ta geri yazdığım takdirde iade yapılacağını söyledi. Bugün o maile dönüş yaptım fakat hata aldım. Daha sonra tekrar yeni mail gönderdim. Şimdide diyorlarki yok taşıyıcısı arayın yok polise tutanak tutturun. Arkadaş 4 gün sonra ben ne diyeceğim polise. Allah aşkına bir yol gösterin. Ne yapacağımı şaşırdım. Tam olarak ne istiyor bunlar lütfen yardımcı olun arkadaşlar.
