Pro2000 PROG7250 markalı bir bilgisayar aldım. Vatan bilgisayardan aldığımda ilk olarak restleme yapıyordu, servise gitti değiştirdiler ürünü. Sonrasında gelen üründe aynı sıkıntı bu, ek olarak da mavi ekran hatası veriyor. Aşağıda mavi ekranı çekip verdim. Tabi bu süre sarfında da bizim bilgisayar 15 günü geçti servislerde ve değişim ve iade süresi doldu. Mahkemeye verecem ama makineye güvenmediğim için bilirkişi de yapmaz diye korkuyorum. Neyse bu konuda yardımlarınız bekliyorum.

Yaptığım İşlemler :
1- Powerını değiştirdim sorun devam etti.
2- Hard diskini değiştirdim başka bir hardiskle sorun devam etti.
3- Ekran kartını değiştirdim sorun devam etti.
4- BIOS güncelemesi yapıldı, ekran karı dahil hepsinin güncellemeleri yapıldı, sorun devam etti.
5- İşlemci fanı değişti sorun devam etti. Şu anki çalışma kapasitesi 3294 olarak görünüyor BIOS'da.
6- Isı dereceleri gayet normal. 32 derece bile mavi ekran veriyor. Ayrıca voltaj değeri 14.305 ile 14.035 arasında değişiyor
7- Formatta attım 2 -3 kere.

Arkadaşlar tek yapmadığım elimde olmayan sadece anakart ile işlemcileri değiştiremedim. Anakart ve işlemci alacam yanlız tekrar aynı hatayı verir diye çekiniyorum. Boşuna para vermek istemiyorum. Sizin bu konu hakkında fikir ve düşüncelerinizi bekliyorum arkadaşlar. Daha başka ne yapmam gerek.

İndirmeyi yaptım ama nasıl yapacağımı ayrıntılı olarak yazarsanız sevinirim. Resim olsa daha süper olur, bir de dediğiniz dosyaları nasıl paylaşacağım sizinle ? Onu da söylerseniz, paylaşırım yapamadım.

Bu raporlardan anladığım kadarıyla büyük ihtimalle ekran kartınız bozuk gibi. Öneriler arasında BIOS'tan C1E Enhanced halt State'i devre dışı bırakmak da var.

Kardeşim aynen öyle kafayı yemek üzereyim, bulunduğum yerdeki bilgisayarcılar bir çare bulamadı. Yeni bilgisayar toplamaya kalkıyorlar, bana da ekran kartı bozuk gibime geliyor ama çıkardığımda veriyor aynı ekranı. Onboard çalışmasına rağmen RAM testlerini yaptım sıkıntı olmadı hiç. Kırmızı çıkmadı dediğiniz işlemi de deneyeceğim ama söylediğim şekilde veriyor, ne yapmamız gerekiyor ? Onboard olarak çalıştırdığımda da verdi.

Anladığıma göre durumun pekte iyi değil. Yol yakınken servise gidip anlat durumu. Tüketici heyetine gidip dilekçe yaz. O zaman geri cevap vermek zorunda Vatan.

Elimizde 15 yakın servis raporu var bunlardan 6 tanesi İstanbuld'aki pro2000 servisinden geldi, sisteminizde hiçbir problem yoktur diye. Vatan servisinde ise sadece format atıyorlar ve sisteminiz virüslüymüş diyorlar ve geri veriyor. Bir de tüketici heyeti de 1000 TL'yi geçtiği için bakmıyor, mahkemeye vermemiz gerekiyor. Yanlız makineye güvenmediğim için de bilirkişinin önünde yapmaz diye endişeleniyorum. Bunun kesin neden yaptığını anlayabilirsem veya anlatabilirsem o şekilde olacak iade işlemi başka türlü zor görünüyor.
