Merhabalar, sürekli mavi ekran hatası alıyorum, bilgisayarı garantiye gönderdim tamir edildi diye format atıp geri göndermişler, hata kodları sürekli farklı oluyor örneğin: CRITICAL_PROCCES_DIED - SYTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION gibi mavi ekran hataları alıyorum. Önceleri mavi ekran verdikten hemen sonra restartlıyordum bilgisayarı ve o yüzden hata verilerini kaydetmiyordu, bugün restartlamadım 1 adet hata verisi kaydetmiş minidump dosyasını kontrol edip yardımcı olabilecek var mı? Şimdiden teşekkürler.

şu an testi yapabilecegim bir usb bellege sahip degilim daha önce tamsa13 ram testi yapmıştım fakat hiçbir error almadım
"sfc /scannow komutunu yazdıktan sonra bir hata buldu mu? Bulduysa iyi haber hatalı ".sys" uzantılı hatanız yok oluyor.

CMD'yi yönetici olarak çalıştırıp şu kodu yazın:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
İşlem bittikten sonra şu kodu yazın:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Ardından "sfc /scannow" komutunu tekrar deneyin.

Aslında; garantide atılan formatlar, zaman kazanmak amacıyla klonlama ya da benzeri işlemlerle atıldığı için çok sağlıklı olmuyor. Sürücü çakışması, klonlanan OS'un sorunlu olması, işlem sırasında hataların görmezden gelinmesi vb. nedenlerden son kullanıcı sorun yaşanabiliyor. Her zaman temiz kurulum öneriyoruz ama biz düzeltmeyi deneyebildiğimiz kadar deneyelim.

Mavi ekran verdiği zaman minidump dosyasını buraya atmayı unutmayın, ne kadar çok minidump dosyası incelersek, sorunu o kadar rahat çözeriz.
