Regeditten DirectX dosyasını silmeyi denedim fakat fayda etmedi. Birkaç gün önce SysWOW64'ün izinlerini değiştirmiştim, sorunun bu olabileceğini düşünüp herkese tam yetki verdim bu dosya üzerinde ama bir şey değişmedi. Şimdiden teşekkürler.
Artık başka ve daha kısa bir hata alıyorum. Sanırsam izinlerle ilgili bir sorun ama ne yapmam gerektiğini anlayamadım. Güvenlik duvarım da antivirüsüm de kapalı. @Recep Baltaş Bakabilir misiniz lütfen?
Kurcalayıp daha da bozunca bilgisayara format atmam gerekti ve sorunum çözüldü.
