1.GO to your BIOS make sure either integrated Graphics is set or other PCI Card is first priority. For me it had to be set to IGfX on my motherboard which is integrated
2.Boot into Windows and make sure it boots with intergrated GPU or other GPU
3.Uninstall Graphics drivers when in Windows. Either with integrated or other Graphics Card.
4.Download latest drivers from NVIDIA website for your Card. And install the drivers giving your GPU is detected. *I found out it was detected VIA device Manager)
5.Now download NVFlash
NVIDIA NVFlash (5.715.0) Download
6.Extract NVFlash any where you like
7.Download your GPU BIOS
8.Extract BIOS'in same place as NVFlash and rename it bios.rom for ease
9.GO to start type CMD and right Click and copy it to NVFlash folder
10.Click on CMD and then type NVFlash64 bios.rom if your a 64 Bit OS or NVFlash your 32 Bit OS.
11. once thats done should successfully flash your GPU BIOS.
12. Reboot PC still booting on intergrated or other GPU
13.Boot into Windows.
