29 Aralık tarihinde Hepsiburada üzerinden Elaf Shop isimli satıcıdan WD Black 500GB 7200RPM(WD5003AZEX) ürününü satın almıştım. 70'lerde gezen yazma ve okuma hızı yüzünden Western Digital'in sayfasından önce garanti kaydını yapıp sonrasında garantiye yollayacaktım fakat kaydı yaparken ürünün kodu bulunamadı, ben de desteğe yazdım. İlgileneceklerini söylediler. 2 ay sonra şu mail geldi;
"Thank you for your email. After further review and based on the information you provided we have determined that this is not an authentic Western Digital product.
At this point we strongly recommend contacting the seller to return it and request a refund.
For future reference please bear in mind that the best way to ensure you are purchasing an authentic Western Digital product is to buy from an authorized reseller. You may view our distributor/reseller list to locate an authorized reseller in your area:

We remain at your disposal."
