list of things that didn't fix the problem:
1. higher resolution solves the problem. there is people that have 4K, 1080p monitors and still face the problem (seems to mitigate the problem with DSR and 33% smoothness in some Games).
2. changing hardware like GPU or other components may solve it. there is people that tryed change all the hardware and nothing was solved, also, there is people that say that at the begining it works but by the time it can come back even people who changed all components and the problem wasn't solved. Changing to Console is wrong decision because most of them have AMD cards, so the problem may appear too.
3. the next/better/another GPU Card series will solve it. actually the problem is in 10, 20 and 30 series of NVIDIA, also in AMD cards, consoles, even phones. Someone bought a PS5 and the problem still showed. Be careful before wasteing more money.
4. ıts an electrical issue. there is people testing it, but there is not a clearly solution out there. Just in CAS'e: There is people that moved several times from a House to another, but the problem is still there. Changing place from where you connect your PC (like your friends House) doesn't work. People say that buying a whole New PC and moving to another House, the problem may have been solved, but, guess none One here want to do that.
4.1 Electrical/Radiation problem? a friend went on a vacation, he took his Computer along, he didn't notice any problem while on vacation, said changing location fixed his issue, but upon his return to his old place the jaggies were back again... He also mentioned he checked his Computer on different other places before returning to his House, he didn't see any issue until he was back Home.
4.2 ferrite chokes didn't fix anything.
4.3 tested electricity with EMI/RFI filter and didn't fix experiments-to-do.
5. ıt's a virus because it spreads to all components and other devices. we don't know about it, but we don't think its the problem.
6. ıts not the operating System since PlayStation and some phones run Linux and still have the issue. Changing OS didnt fix it, also, lots of people had it in every OS since Windows 7 and still face the problem. But yet we think the issue has something to do with software.
7. ReShade didn't make a difference with the problem.
8. playing on CRT TV didn't fix. Tried it with his old CRT monitor.
9. Power switches didn't fix the problem for...
10. updating BIOS doesn't solve anything.
11. Underclock/Downclocking the CPU or GPU doesn't make a difference.
12. NVIDIA GeForce NOW and Google Stadia have the problem.
