Öncelikle herkese merhabalar. Son bir aydır bazen 3 saat sonra, bazen de 1-2 saat içerisinde PC çalışırken mavi ekran hatası alıyordum. Minidump dosyasını sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum. Sıkıntı ile alakalı yapmam gerekenler konusunda yardımcı olabilirseniz çok memnun olurum. Teşekkürler.

RTX 3050, i5 12400F işlemci, GDDR4 32 GB RAM, H610 anakart özelliklerim yukarıda paylaşmıştım minidumptan çıkan analizi, PC yeni henüz alalı 2 ay oldu zaten acaba RAM mi yerinden oynadı sarsıntı vs falan bir sürü soru kafamda ne yapacağımı bilemedim.

Muhtemelen belleklerde sorun var. Memtest yapın. Sistem özelliklerini belirtin. Minidump dosyasının kendisini paylaşın.

Evet RAM'de hata görünüyor. Turbox aldığınızı görüyorum. Memtest'i geçin, direkt servise gönderin sistemi. Onlar da hatayı bulunca iade isteyin, Turbox gibi ne idüğü belirsiz "firma"lardan da mümkünse alışveriş yapmayın bir daha.
