Could you speak English well?

I wish I could, but probably not. I have 2 exams in 2 days later which one is preliminary exam and other one is TOEFL-ITP for passing preliminary class. For 2 weeks, i am trying to improve my english so this subject is good challenge for me. Because i want to pass that class so if i was good in english, i can do this easily. But i am not confident about my english. Probably i do mistakes even in this text and i will keep doing in exam too.
 
I cannot speak so well, I feel kinda ashamed while speaking english. Also I think my english is poor.
 
It's kinda complicated since learning language is also divided into other skills such as writing, listening etc. I could give you an essay about why tiramisu is the best dessert in the world but I couldn't speak like how I write. I guess speaking really a matter of social practise.
 
Im fluent, but that fluency took me a really long time to build up (Like 7 years at least.). Games and Youtube (I've always been watching videos in english since 2013. Some Turkish here and there but it has always been English.) have really gotten me there, I never learned language properly in school, so for me, getting a high score on english has always been from raw skill. I actually am not good at Turkish myself. Dazall yeah.
Also have a friend in school that's much more fluent than me for the same reason, a little crazy that he watched Keloğlan in English. 💀
 
i can speak english very well i have alot of friend from diffrent countries
