Sanırım senin benim dışımda ki yaptırdığım şeylerin dışında yaptığın bir değişikliği gözden kaçırmış olabilirsin. Bence zaten bu sorun düzelene kadar BIOS tamamen default kalması mantıklı. Hani en azından sorunsuz şekilde görürsek sonra BIOS üzerinden işlemler yapabilirsin. Tabii BIOS üzerinden ayarları aynı anda yapma, çünkü en azından birer birer yaparsan sonrasında yaşanan sorundan bi önce ki değişikliğin ne olduğun hatırlarsın. Diğer türlü birden fazla yöntem deneyince işler iyice birbirine karışır, emin olamazsın. Yani şöyle mantık kuralım. Mesela bu donanımları farklı bir bilgisayarda denerken hepsini bir anda denemek yerine, teker teker denemek daha mantıklı.Yeni kullanmaya başladım. Testlerimi de onlu onsuz denedim yine aynıydı. Sorun onda değil yani eminim. Şimdi yine BIOS'u default deneyeceğim sıfır Windows şu anda. Sormayın aşırı yoruldum. Tam çözülmüştü keşke RGB sevdamla baş edip yeniden kurmasaydım Windows'u. Anlamadığım her şey aynıyken neden sorun çıkardı bu sefer Windows.
Ben o tarz Regedit düzenleyici programlar kullanmıyorum. Genelde işimi programları silerken Revo Uninstaller uygulaması ile yapıyorum. Sildikten sonra kayıt defteri artıkları ve klasör artıklarını seçip siliyorum

BIOS üzerinde bir şeyleri kapatmışsın yine. Bence bunları bu şekilde anlayamayız. BIOS'un default olması gerek kesinlikle default olan ayarlası değiştirme. Çünkü tekrar bu noktaya geri dönüyoruz. En iyisi o yüzden hep default kalsın. D.O.C.p gibi mesela. Diğer şeyleri eski haline defaulta getir. Bir de Armoury Crate programını kapat. Tekrar dene. FPS değerlerin nasıl bu arada?
@alleozdemir yani bazı şeylerin default kalması önemli. Bir şeyin bu çakışmaya neden olduğu kesin. İlk önce RAM D.O.C.p açık olunca düşündük, sonra Ryzen güç planlarını kapatınca geçtiğini anladık D.O.C.p açık haldeyken. Şimdi bu şekilde yaparsan sürekli onu eski haline getir, bunu kapat, bunu aç gibi yöntemlere devam ederiz. O yüzden Spectrum gibi, C-state gibi ayarları defaul bırak. Ne aç, ne kapat. Durum aynı. Bir anda storport 3500lere çıkıyor. Şimdi biosu tekrar sıfırlayacağım. Sadece tek ayar değişeceğim dikey ekran kartı pci kablom gen3 destekliyor. Reallocated Sector Count nedir?
Reallocated Sector Count Türkçe anlamıyla "Tahsis Edilen Sektör Sayımı" anlamına geliyor. Harddiskler üzerinde çok sayıda sektör bulunur. Bu sektörler zamanla çeşitli olaylar sonucunda ölebilir ve artık kullanılamaz hale gelebilirler. Bu sebeple harddisk üreticileri Reallocated Sector Count adında tabiri caizse yedek sektörleri bekletirler. Yedek sektörler harddisk üzerinde belirli sayıda olabilirler (Muhtemelen büyüklüğe göre değişebilen sayıda). Bu sayede ölü sektörler yerine yedek sektörler geçer ve harddiskiniz sorun yokmuş gibi çalışmaya devam eder.

Harddiskinizde Reallocated Sector Count sayısının ne nekadar olduğunu ve ne kadarının kullanıldığını çeşitli harddisk test programları ile görebilirsiniz. Örnek olarak HD Tune programını kullanabilirsiniz. HD Tune programını kurup çalıştırdığınızda Healty bölümünden hardidsk sağlık bilgilerinizi görebilirsiniz. Aşağıdaki kendi kullandığım ve çalışma hayatı her an bitebilecek bir harddisk örneği mevcut.
Fotoğraftaki bilgilerde Current (geçerli) yedek sektörlerden 118 adet kullanıldığı, Thresold (eşik) değerinin ise 140 adet olduğu bilgisi öngörülebilir. Bu durumda harddiskte 22 sektör sonrası yedek sektör kalmayacak ve bilgisayarda gözle görülür aşırı sorunlar başlamasına sebep olacaktır anlamı çıkarılabilir.
Harddiskimde Reallocated Sector Count Çözümü var mı?
Çeşitli uygulamalar ile harddiskteki bozuk sektörlerin kapatılacağı ve bu durumda çözüm sağlanacağını belirten yazılımlar mevcut. Bunlardan en basiti Windows içerisinde yer alan Chkdsk komutu olabilir. Ancak bu yazılımlar çoğu durumda mantıksal yani sanal bozuk sektörleri düzeltecektir. Ayrıca hard lewel format atmanın da sorunu düzelteceğini belirten yazılar mevcuttur. Ancak bu durumda da fiziksel olmayan sorunlar düzeltilecektir. Bizim durumumuz ise fiziksel sorunu içeren bir sorun. Bu sebeple her türlü çözüm işlemi boşa çıkacak ve harddiskin artık çalışma hayatını kaybedeceği gerçeğini değiştirmeyecektir.
Ancak sadece test ve bir ihtimal diye düşünülerek çeşitli yazılımların kullanılması denenebilir. Zaten bozulacak bir harddisk üzerinde çeşitli testler yapılabilir. Ama bu durum kesinlikle güven vermeyecek ve hardiskin her an kullanılamaz durumda kalacağı gerçeğini değiştirmeyecektir. Bu durumda önemli verilerinizi bozuk harddisk üzerinde tutmayın !.
Harddiskimde Reallocated Sector Count varsa ne yapmalıyım ?
Böyle bir durumda eğer garantiniz varsa, harddiski garantiye yollayabilirsiniz. Eğer garanti bitmiş ise önemli ve kaybolduğunda sizi üzecek verilerinizi bu harddisk üzerinde kesinlikle tutmamanız tavsiye edilir. Bu harddiski geçiçi önemsiz dosyalar ve kaybolduğunda sizi üzmeyecek dosyalar için kullanmaya (ölene kadar) devam edebilirsiniz."
