Valorant oynuyordum maçtayken ekranın tamamen kararma değil, sürekli ve hafif yanıp sönüyordu fakat bu sorun sadece oyunda oluyordu. Daha sonra bu sorun için biraz araştırma yaptım ama ne yazık ki bulamadım. Sonrasında düzelmesi umuduyla bilgisayarı yeniden başlattım. Yeniden başlat dememe rağmen bilgisayar kapandı ve açılmadı. Bende güç tuşuna basarak bilgisayarı açtım fakat Windows yüklenme ekranından sonra anında mavi ekran verdi ve bilgisayar yeniden başladı. Şu an bilgisayar çalışıyor fakat Valorant'a girdiğimde aynı sorun az da olsa devam ediyor. Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

vgk.sys = Riot Vanguard'dan kaynaklanmış. Bu aralar çok sıklaşmaya başladı bu mavi ekran.

Aşağıdaki konuya gidip sadece Vanguard ile alakalı önerdiğim adımları takip edin. Vanguard ile ilgili işiniz bitince kendi konunuza geri dönersiniz.



* CMD'yi yönetici olarak çalıştırıp aşağıdaki iki komutu sırayla yapıştırın, enterlayın.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

* BIOS'u da güncelleyin. Temmuz 2019'dan kalma 1201 sürümünü kullanıyorsunuz.

* 2208 sürümüne güncelleyin.


* BIOS'u güncelledikten sonra BIOS'a girin, F5 tuşuna basın ve gelen "Load optimized defaults?" sorusuna "Yes" deyip BIOS'tan çıkın. BIOS'a tekrar girin ve ayarlarınızı yapın (RAM XMP profili, fan ayarları vs.).
