We hope you're doing well. Unfortunately, due to the recent stricter customs checks in turkey, your package is currently being returned to us. We have received notification from YunExpress that they have suspended shipments to turkey, and the exact resumption time is currently uncertain. We deeply regret this situation, as it is beyond our Control and certainly not what we hoped for.
At this time, we are only able to ship to turkey using Yanwen and cannot use YunExpress or any other logistics Company for shipments to turkey.
Given this situation, we would like to offer the following solutions:
1. proceed with Yanwen shipping to turkey.
2. cancel the order and process an immediate refund.
Please Note that due to the current strict customs inspections in turkey, we are unable to accept Special declaration requests. When determining the declared Value, we will consider both the logistics carrier's recommended price and the actual payment amount. The declared Value will likely be in the $20-$50 USD range. Declaring an unusually Low Value could result in customs checks, which may lead to fines or other penalties for the recipient. This may not be in your best interest, so we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept specified declaration values.
