Your return merchandise authorization (RMA) has been approved, and we have included a return label as an attachment to this message. Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth return. Note that if a Corsair agent has given different return instructions specific to your situation, those instructions should be followed instead.

Include, as applicable for your product:

  • A copy of this document, showing the RMA number: 2004630997.
  • All fans that came with coolers or cases being returned.
  • All modules of memory kits being returned, even if not all are faulty. Due to compatibility concerns, we do NOT replace partial kits. Failure to return all modules will result in your replacement being delayed until we receive the missing modules.
  • Modular DC cables that came with power supplies being returned.

Keep:

  • AC main power cable of any returning power supply
  • Records of your return shipment, especially tracking information. Corsair is not responsible for damage to, or loss of your return shipment.

Packing:

Use a padded envelope or box with packing material to protect your returning product. Damage incurred during shipping is not covered by the warranty. Your full name, RMA number 2004630997 and our shipping address must be on the outside of the package. For this purpose, we suggest printing this document and securely attaching the portion above the line to the outside of your package.

Shipping:
Once you've packed your returning product, ship the package to us. Choose a shipment option with tracking, otherwise we can't proceed with your RMA if your package is lost in the mail. We estimate a processing time of approximately 2-3 business days after your return arrives. After successful processing, replacements are sent at Corsair’s expense and tracking information will be provided via email.
If you’re shipping a system or storage device back to us, back up any personal data you have and remove any post-purchased solid-state drives or DRAM upgrades you might’ve installed. We will not return any SSDs or DRAM upgrades in your returned system.

In this case, we have provided a pre-filled commercial invoice as an attachment to this message. Please print three copies of the invoice, and sign and date them. You will need to put the shipping label we sent earlier and the commercial invoice into a clear pouch (available at no charge at DHL locations) and attach the pouch to the outside of your package.

If you are re-using a shipping box, please be sure to cover up any previous shipping labels and barcodes, as this can delay or misroute your shipment.

You may have already received a standard return label from us, please disregard it.

If the DHL Service Point member or driver picking up your package has trouble scanning the prepaid label, tell them to enter the Waybill number manually.

Tüm yazıları çevirmek yerine, kısaca neler yapmanız gerektiğini yazacağım hocam. Forumdaki diğer RMA konularını da inceleyerek ne yapacağınızı daha iyi anlayabilirsiniz.

RMA numaranız # 2004630997 . Bunu kaybetmeyin. Eğer kutuya yapıştırdığınız kağıtlarda yazmıyorsa, bir kağıda " RMA Number # 2004630997" şeklinde yazın, ve yapıştırın.
Ürününüz fareydi sanırım. Tüm kutuyu ve kutu içeriğini eksiksiz geri göndermeniz lazım. Çalışan parça vb. bile olsa her şeyi iade etmeniz lazım. Eğer eksik parça gönderirseniz, o eksik parçayı gönderene kadar değişim işlemi uzar. Aynı şey evraklar için de geçerli. (Evrakların ne olduğunu da yazacağım.)
Kargoya gelen hasar, zarar, kaybolma vb. durumlarından Corsair sorumlu değildir.

Ürünü/kutuyu (tüm içeriğiyle beraber) herhangi bir hasar gelmemesi için iyice sarın. (Baloncuklu poşetlerle sararsanız iyi olur, bu benim düşüncem.) Kutunun üzerine, PDF'i (hangisi olduğunu anlamadım) yazdırıp, şeffaf dosyaya koyup (kağıda herhangi bir zarar/hasar gelip okunmamasını önlemek için) kargonuzun üstüne yapıştırmanız lazım.

Kutuyu/kargoyu hazırladıktan sonra, kargoya verirken takipli kargo seçeneğine vermeniz gerek. Kargonuz Corsair'e ulaştıktan 2-3 iş günü sonra, işleminiz tamamlanacak.

İkinci mesajınızda eklenen PDF'ten 3 tane yazdırın. Hepsinin üstüne tarih ve imza atın. Size önceden gönderilen kargo etiketini ve faturanızı, DHL'de ücretsiz şekilde verilen kargo poşetine/torbasına (kargo geldiğinde plastik bir şey olur ya, içinde faturanız/kargo bilgileriniz olur, ondan) koyup kutuya yapıştırın.

Eğer kullandığınız kutuda/kolide, önceden kalan bir kağıt vb. varsa, okunmayacak hale getirin. Aksi takdirde kargo süreci uzayabilir.

Eğer DHL'de sorun yaşarsanız, görevlinin Waybill numaranızı elle yazmasını isteyin.
